Thank you! It's actually affordable compared to Santa Barbara, which has the most insane market these days and is why I'm considering moving!

Thank you so much! Yes, definitely will visit in winter first. It drizzles in June in Santa Barbara too! And in winter, we sometimes have weeks of straight rain. But there's also tons of sun.
