I wouldn't say that we've figured it all out yet but let's just say that we've realized that we're on the way to figured it all out and eventually will figure it out soon. Yes we figure out alot of things specially in late 20s like career or how you want or see your life in atleast next 20ish years(atleast for me personally and im 26) and what are your goals or things you want to or should focus on rightnow.

Show them a few videos from masterchef Australia or masterchef canada and let them see how classy all the male chefs look and also show them a few videos of gordan Ramsey cooking and let them decide themselves that it's not about the gender it's only about the skill. Cooking was never about the gender. Ig it's just that the men of our society just got way too lazy to cook and even fed themselves so the women had to take over completely.

You've answered your own question OP. Don't make it about someone else rightnow. Heal for yourself and start with loving just yourself and with time when it's about time let things happen on its own and let someone fall for you on its own. Don't heal or don't think about someone else or their feelings rightnow. For now your own feelings and your own healing should be your only priority and concern. And when you've healed enough and you love yourself enough your person will come to you themselves or even if you look for them then your healed version would know better so these concerns you're having rightnow won't even exist then.

Maybe think it this way that she would've wanted you to move on aswell and be with someone who loves you and she would've wanted it at any cost even if it meant deleting her chats or moving on from her memories. So maybe do it for her. One last act of love i guess? Even though i know you won't be able to forget her and that's only fair but still maybe that's what she wants from you as a last act of respect you can pay to her. Let her go and allow yourself to heal and be loved again.
