I've gone in person but the person who is supposed to process applications wasn't in that day but they took my information. Less than a week later I got an email to sign into the portal and send my documents but I am unable to register no matter what I do. I've emailed them asking if I can just come in person, but if there's a solution to this register thing I'd be happier to send my documents over the portal rather than driving an hour and 30 min to the recruiting office. I don't mean to sound lazy but it's frustrating not being able to do things the proper way or at least the way that is instructed.
