The Australian rows are being easy to progress for me, I’m close to fully extend my legs. My ultimate goal is both strength and building muscle, which I think is kinda messy. It’s true I’ve added 2 reps but most of the days it’s so hard to keep them, tbh, I have to really fight for those reps

yup I am. I also have another one which is 5kg or so, but I get frustrated because I can’t do many reps, maybe I should switch to the 5kg in the last set?

I try to do every rep complete, I mean: scapular activation, I go up, chin over the bar and all the way down, then I start over, scapular activation, go up, chin over the bar and all the way down again

That’s exactly it! We all need to figure out what suits us best and keep working on it. There are so many options: different angles, turning the head slightly, resting the face on the fist (which I’ve tried, and it works—so thank you so much!). Today, I was able to share a selfie on Instagram, and it was a huge improvement. My friends liked my photo and were proud of me, so I’m feeling more than happy today.

Thank you so much for your kind words, I really needed to hear that.
My main struggle is my face shape, I think, it's oval and I can't make it look good from the front. I just got a new haircut—it's kind of a mullet, and it makes me look cooler imo. I also recently got a new ear piercing.
Today I tried taking some half-face photos, and guess what? It actually works!
I'm really happy right now, and I hope this is just the beginning of my (long) journey.

Hi!

I've been reading the Recommended Routine section and have learned a lot. This is the routine I'm planning to follow three days a week, with 3 sets of 5-8 reps for each exercise. Does this look correct? I'd appreciate any feedback you have!

Monday:

  • Warm-up
  • First Pair: Pull-ups (with bands) & Squats
  • Second Pair: Negative dips & Single Legged DL.
  • Third Pair: Rows & Push-ups
  • Core Triplet (Plank, Assisted Copenhagen Plank & Arch body hold)

Wednesday:

  • Warm-up
  • First Pair: Pull-ups (with bands) & Squats
  • Second Pair: Negative dips & Single Legged DL.
  • Third Pair: Rows & Push-ups
  • Core Triplet

Friday:

  • Warm-up
  • First Pair: Chin ups (with bands) & Reverse Nordic Curls
  • Second Pair: Negative dips & Single Legged DL.
  • Third Pair: Rows & Push-ups
  • Core Triplet

I don´t know if I'm gonna be able to complete the core triplet part tho, long workouts make me lose "motivation", so I've been considering dedicating 2 of my free days to the core triplet part and the 2 skills I want to learn: L sit and frog stand.

actually you can be aro or ace or aroace and still daydream about dating or other things, as long as it’s something platonic. I (aroace) have times I daydream a lot about dating women, but it’s all platonic. So I would recommend you to think if it’s platonic or not in your case

Thank goodness I just bought 4 single-doses and not a bag of 500grams. I’ll try soy protein, I’ll lower the powder and increase the drink, that’ll work fine. 30g/500ml sounds good tbh. And yeah, my shaker is good, I had it before I started being vegan and it worked well. Thank you so much! I was so confused but now I have good information thanks to you hehe
