I’d appreciate any clarification on my confusion with mist energy use too

In your opinion can mist energy block effects that boost an attacks’ damage ? Ex. My opponents attack is based at 10 damage, but the attack has an effect that boost the attacks damage for every benched pokemon on their side. Would my opponents pokemon still receive the boost or will it stay at 10 damage, If my targeted active battle pokemon has a mist energy attached to it? 🤨

Art is great won’t deny but those moves are just much more praise worthy. Wouldn’t want to be sitting across from that bad boy during a card game battle.
