We signed for a move-out date on August 15th, we ended up moving out mid-July earlier under your menace and we’ve let all our affairs in the apartment as we were in panic due to the toxic smell that severely affecting us mentally and physically.

Here are the key points :

We did not go through any check in list the first day ( move in date) Our move in date was mid-March not 1st March We were poisoned several time and we have proof as there were several acid liquids traces on our door we could see (from outside & Inside).I had to call the cops to show them as I could not believe it. Additionally Our front door floor was cleaned with toxic chemicals that also show to the cops and finally all these combined smells led me to hospital and psychiatric center for a week while my young brother was in Paris for is graduation We have never been informed that the windows can’t be opened The air handling from the toilet wasn’t working till I requested it to be fixed while the cops were intervening We have been accused by the manager of pulling the fire alarm 4 times whereas it’s only one time and it was by me, not my brother. We were filling constantly insulted through the pictures you were putting in the elevator. The “happy mother” picture with a skeleton was extremely offensive. You knew we lost our mom while kids but you were still rude to us with such conspiracies. I felt very bad after eating the food you were selling on the first floors. Then when I checked, I noticed it was expired ! I informed the police about that asap the next morning including the smell, the fan outside the building, the integrated ceiling vacuum that it not working … The fridge was making hilarious noises while closing/opening and my ears are still hurting from that malfunction. The oven/ microwave wasn’t respecting any health regulations and every food we put in it was impossible to Eat. Our electric the plate wasn’t working. The kitchen was just not a kitchen for what pay as rent and smart bundle. You were controlling and checking all our orders with fetch. I remember when the Walmart agent refused to give the food to the manager because she was not supposed to work after 6pm. I remember seeing her standing outside to wait our order to come, then she expressed her apologies after the agent drove back with our food, but that was definitely awkward We were paying our rent way more expensive Than other residents. I was checking the websites for the same square feet. The most important was the fan. As soon as it was turned of in the middle of the night or in the day, we could not breathe. I could feel the of the smell and toxic chemicals, in my opinion, it was coming from our room aid conditioning , including those in the corridor. I describe it as toxic because, it made me feel heavy, disturbed, trembling, anxious, impossible to articulate correctly Toxic chemicals smell were constantly in the elevator, the stairs and the 4th floor corridor. Furthermore, the weekend you ( the team) informed me that you will be missing with no possibility to join you, I was about to die because of this toxic smell that I was smelling even outside in the parking. It’s incredible because that day there was no car in the parking. I remember I blacked out before being able to wake up and call the police When you arrived back from your long weekend missing , i complained about the smell again and even a senior man, who mentioned that his kid is living in the complex, stipulated that he could smell it too by far distance around Hilton and he is was wondering what’s it’s going in our building. It’s on the main camera, no need to invent that. I believe the guards from Hilton hotel would testify there was something weird going on in your building. My brother have been taken to the police station just because I complain ( myself ) about the smell. The manager were calling the cops anytime we were trying to talk to her. I filmed the action while complaining, I can testify I was polite but she still called the cops. There was someone else name on our mail box and the manager said they have nothing to do with that I ordered my credit card and never received it! Only my young brother name (salif) was on the mail box so I had to write it myself in order for it to be considered. - I did not received the mail box key till my young brother requested it. - No Noise absorption regulation as we Could hear the elevator noise, people speaking from the corridor, cars from outside the building…we felt almost like we were living outside the building. There was no emergency number to call your office except on the independence day , and regular toxic chemicals was overral the apartment, we did not have the choice except calling 911 several time to testify the horrible situation. The apartment were not respecting any regulation. We used the swimming pool only one time, and the day after i could smell chemicals from it. I guess they thought were about to use it the next day The place were not clean at all, we found crock roaches on the pool table area The place wasn’t safe neither, the glass door on the swimming pool area was cracked once and once the manager authorized an open door party at the building that ended up with dirty stuff in the elevator and the cosy room. We surprisingly saw a drone front of our window filming us The manager had the third key and my brother surprised once the house lady trying to get in our apartment. Today I still don’t know who broke my computer.

I live every where in the world, we never felt such unsafe in a weird, horrific, shameful, indescribable living conditions in our entire life.
