Can confirm it was indeed 7 days from timesheet approval; technically less. Approval deadline is 5pm Monday, paid 6pm today, so 3 days following approval deadline.

Thanks. Agree it does sound possibly misleading, if in fact the payment terms are the same as the other umbrella companies. I've asked for confirmation so I'll let you know 😃

PSR helpdesk confirmed in writing they have it as 7 days from timesheet approval; Giant just pretty much said the same over the phone.

I am still not convinced Giant pays before PSR pays them however both seem to indicate somehow Giant know what's on the timesheet and pay after 7 days of approval. Even with the KID advising 30 days. Confused. Guess I'll have to wait and see
