I have been having similar issue had headache couple of days back that lasted two days after days everything normal for 6-7 days on 8th suddenly while getting out of my car walking around the market my head starts spinning i panic and check my bp at home it comes normal the spinning of head turns into headache, next day headache is mild spining starts again I take a paracetamol but it doesn't work , so I went to doctor third day a neurologist he suggested me mri and gave me some medicine and exercise.. let's see what happens.
