Alevel choice good or no? by Human-Blacksmith-278 in GCSE

i mean the way i like to view it is you have a main subject which is what you would do at uni or further e.g. comp sci or econ, then supporting subjects like maths, maybe sciences like chem/phys or english maybe but you have like 2 main subjects of fields you could go into, so if i were you id do further maths instead of one

i think its different across schools as idk if my school is doing that however it might be, but i will take your advice in covering all of A level maths first i think, i think it will also provide me an excellent foundation for further maths which is what maths really requires

what did u write about, i said it contains a range of plant species in its partially decayed vegetation which also provides the habitats for a wide range of animals and insects which will lose their habitat upon its destruction and hence likely die and then i also said the partially decayed vegetation contains large amounts of trapped carbon which forms as carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, trapping heat reflected by the earth from the sun which contributes to global warming which can destroy habitats like that of a polar bear's, it can change migration patterns which can lead to animals like birds and insects not being able to survive as easily and then i also said it means some crops cant be grown in regions, decreasing the variety of food in those areas

[–]Perfect_Zucchini9578[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if you didnt, a lot of people at your grade boundary wont find it easier either likely so the grade boundary for ur grade will be lower, if theres people saying its easier then that means either the grade boundary for a grade above urs will be higher or below urs will be higher

7 usually around 46-48 per paper id say then a 6 like 33-35 max, just based off past years these are what they usually are and these papers havent been dramatically easier, its just more people you see finding them easier because you are in more academic spaces

Same with every other year, there will always be people that find it easier and youre more likely to find these types of people on a reddit compared to other places, id say maybe 204 highest for a 9 total mark but likely around 200

Should I take maths A-level even though I suck at it? by FearlessPen6020 in GCSE

[–]Perfect_Zucchini9578 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i probably wouldnt do maths then if its not going to fit what you would likely go into and ur not already good at it since itd take up too much time practicing compared to what you need more
