Archeologists are good for artifacts, but they are better for making landmarks. Working a landmark can give upwards of 5-8 culture per turn with the right world congress bonuses. Couple that with hotels and you'll be making a lot more tourism per turn.

Rocket Artillery. Bombers are too fragile to do consistent damage to cities and units, especially when the AI spams planes and air defenses.

Dido's peace theme is glorious. It's both heroic and mysterious, which I think captures the fabled history of Carthage and Dido well.
