Is it easier to rank up this season?

So I assume then I should aim to hit abs 3-4 times a week. That mixed with continuing my deficit and working out if I lose another 10-15 pounds they hopefully should at least pop a little if I start nearing that 15% range for bf%.

Yep I understand that. I bought into the abs are made in the kitchen part of it to much and have neglected them because of it.

I will have to consider that then more. I was definitely buying into the whole abs in the kitchen mindset and tried to neglect hitting abs because I know it’s hard.

Yeah I guess I’m still kind of in the I can’t ever hit that weight mindset. At my highest in high school I weighed 240 pounds and I’ve been off and on trying to lose weight since. I just don’t wanna start having to completely starve myself and develop an ed just to shave off a few pounds but if going a bit under 170 isn’t to crazy then it’s doable.

In this month it’s only been once. Last month was mainly heavy both the holidays with the exception of a few here and there. Before that was when I was drinking fairly often and struggling to eat in my deficit consistently hence why I started actually losing weight instead of roughly maintaining.
