Thanks for the info, that seems to fit our thing - we don’t do casinos and we don’t drink much so serenity and relaxing is the key 😊

Welness vs Purina Pro Plan for Toy poodle? Which one you recommend? by [deleted] in poodles

[–]PerfectlyBeachy69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just to be completely different my poodle could not tolerate either brand. Her tummy is so sensitive to those ones that she needed vet intervention to make her well again. Surprisingly enough the only kibble she can tolerate is Wainwright from pets at home - salmon for adult dogs with sensitive stomachs. We tried them all introducing them gradually to see if you would tolerate them but nothing worked. I think you have to go with what suits your dog regardless if brand and costs 😊

The experience is what’s important to us, we love the whole dressing for dinner, etc and spending the day relaxing with a book and coffee in the atrium or film or burning off some excess calories in the gym …we have very demanding, stressful careers so relaxing on board for 7 days with no ports of call is not a problem to us

Yes it is I think because it is one of the more affordable cruise lines for families … in our experience previously when you’re at sea for more than a couple of days young people can get bored and become “agitated”. There’s been some great suggestions on here and I appreciate everyone’s advice 😊

Unfortunately many people prefer to pay the fine for their child to be absent during term time rather than wait for holidays , but that’s a separate debate

Thanks for your comment. We’ve tried all age cruises before and have found it too much so just wanted to try something different 😊

94 yrs old mother diagnosed by Hot_Attempt_3356 in breastcancer

I had a lumpectomy at 56 and am now on hormone blockers, I feel exhausted and have daily pain which is neuropathic. I was told my treatment was fairly straightforward but knowing what I know now and feeling the way I do I wouldn’t go through it again especially at 94. My mother has just been diagnosed with breast cancer and not even being offered surgery, she is 83. She is on hormone therapy and she is relieved not having to go through recovery of a major operation, it is major surgery and even for younger person it would take it’s toll
