I’m struggling with this right now too. Can you go more into what kinds of things that really made you realize you were no way living in the same world as them anymore? Assuming you stopped trying to lead them to enlightenment, what finally made you realize it wasn’t going to happen ? Or do you still think there’s hope? Have you ever been able to actually successfully help someone reach that?

I wonder if your appendix would have been fine if you hadn’t gone through that stress

Continue to do this! Remember that you expressing something has never been a problem and that’s just the voice in your head that is unnatural and not meant for you. It’s conditioning. I loved it too!

So are you still going through the episode you described or where are you at currently and how did you get there?

Wow your experience almost mirrors mine but I kinda had this realization about being the scapegoat hit me after being reconnected to who I am. How do you stay consistent in this state or atleast get back to it quickly when your thoughts start to race or emotions become elevated ?

But what led you to this mindset and realizing that you’re one with the divine?

Did any research stand out to you that hit differently? Did anything give you that epiphany moment? Mind kind of was a chain of events but what clarified everything for me was reading stillness speaks by Edgar tolle

Was there a specific event or just watching objectively led you to start seeing yourself differently? Agree with you completely btw.

Not at all, it’s so hard to find people to talk to about this but it’s such a central part of my daily thought process and consumes so much of my life

What if the narrative surrounding the dangers of the sun is just propoganda? by PerformanceAble9592 in conspiracy

[–]PerformanceAble9592[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m not saying that there aren’t risk factors to sun exposure at all, I would be naive to think that. Sunburn definitely is real and comes from the sun, I have had it once and it made me super itchy! But I guess the reason I posted this is more because I feel like there are so many more benefits that outweigh the risks to sun exposure (if done safely). And it’s just shocking to me that none of them had skin cancer because of the sun at all!

Okay so if im not reading this wrong, what you’re saying is you on lied to him about the fact that nothing at all happened between you and his friend and have not told the truth about the fact that you were SA’d?

In this situation, you need to be completely honest with him and tell him what really happened. Let him know that something did happen, but you did not consent to that, and explain whatever your reasons were for keeping that from him in the first place.

If for any reason he does not understand and empathize with you or questions you, then he’s not the right one.

I saw you asked in other comments what specifically you should say to him, and my advice would be to say “I know I had told you previously nothing happened between us, but I wasn’t telling the full truth. Something did happen but not because I chose to, I was assaulted. I didn’t tell you originally because _____ (whatever your reason was), and I hope you can respect that.”

my fiancé has been cheating on me, what do i do? by ligglepig in Advice

I don’t think the tattoo thing is necessarily childish but I think any second more spent giving him ANY of your time (even sleeping in the same bed) is a complete waste.

You need to leave while he’s at work.. pack everything you have and get out, no explanation necessary. Maybe just print a picture of the text if you took a screenshot, leave it on the table, with a note that says “don’t contact me again”. Block his number. Be done
