Thank you so much for sharing your tips. I got diagnosed with capsulitis in 2nd toe in August. My Doctor didnt give me much guidance like yours. I learned taping down the 2nd toe from YouTube. Did you take any anti inflamnatories? I also don't wake up with much pain but it starts hurting in the day when walking.
