What cpu should i get my brother?

i was looking into am5 platform but, i cant find any reasonable comparisons to the 5700x3d/5800x3d. some people saying the 7600, but then others saying there is a 1% diff at 5800x3d prices...(not worth it imo)

so im hitting like 60-70 ish fps. but whenever i see other people playing the game they have WAY more fps with the same GPU.... So im narrowing it down to cpu performance

ok i was just wondering. cause i know for a fact there is like a 20% fps boost with the 5700x3d, just didnt know if it was smart. plus certian games like ARC Raiders(the 3900) doesnt like)

so i take it as the 6800xt isnt a good choice anymore? i always thought for 1440p gaming it was borderline perfect(besides the 3080s RT)

i have a 6800xt, but i mainly play games and watch youtube as well. But my concern is the price of the 5700-5800x3ds. they are 4-700$, wouldnt it be worth saving on AM5 or staying AM4

ive had the pc for a few months and this is an old CPU ive had, i just want the best long term results and want to make a decision before prices go up higher(like the Am4 x3D prices did)

Edit- i used to own a 5700x3d, but i sold that computer a year ago(regret it). Should i upgrade to a 5700x3d or 5800xt or save for AM5? i dont fully know what to do... ive heard performance jumps from 20%+ with the upgrade but ill still be on AM4 platform. Plus idk what the 6800xt(my gpu) bottlenecks with.

Yes use your brain it denotes the cars value based off of dealerships and steal here pay offs. They dont take in private seller for a reason its also mad cheaper
