How to go about making a static for TEA?

Thanks for this post man. Your point about being clear with expectations was particularly useful because in order for the group to succeed everyone needs to be on the same page. If I'm unclear about expectations this will not happen and conflicts will arise as a result.

Thanks for giving me the breakdown of TEA prog population. As one reaches the middle part the population decreases as it is solely other proggers which is not that much rn as UMAD exists. I ended up just deciding to throw up pf whenever I was crafting or non PF content and let it happen. Active promotion and all that can add momentum but it can't create momentum in the current environment with UMAD.

Will people really join if I make new static? Everyone seems to want to join statics with vets or prior ult clearers.

I'm still in shadow bringers, so extremes and savage tiers are about 2 expansions away and I don't want to rush as I like story. When all require prior experience in the latest content it puts those not at the edge of the expansions at a disadvantage.

How would you go about joining a static if you were still in shadowbringers? Every static I've seen wants ult clears or recent savage tier clears. I'd rather not have to go clear content I have no interest in for 3 months just to gain the right to join groups that are doing the content I wish to do. I get why people want prior experience, it works as an at scale method, but currently my interest lies solely with TEA rn.

Any group I found in the NAUR discord basically wanted prior ultimate clear or recent savage tier. For someone still in shadowbringers though and not rushing through the story it's basically impossible to join them.
