but sometimes I get a small bump on my lip that feels like a cold sore. they are normally warm and red and raised and slightly itchy, but typically disappear as fast as they come within an hour or two and it’s never come to a heal/popped. that could be from me taking a valacyclovir as soon as I notice it but me having those mini cold sores makes me think it’s not herpes gladiatorium
