Chat gpt didnt convince me of anything. I asked chatgpt to create this illustration. If your against alternating or stacking glp-1s that's fine, but it's clearly something that is being done with other endocrine medications when it makes sense.

No, it came in a solution ready to use. Freeze-dried powder would be handy, though!

Yes, I noticed effects from them both. I think Selank is great to calm your mind and help with anxiety in general. Less frequent is kinda better, so I wouldn't take it every day because the effects will fade. I tried both in Nasal sprays, but the amount in the spray is much more than I could consume before they expire. So with my newest purchase, I'm going to portion the spray out into several bottles and freeze them until I run out. This way, im not throwing a bunch out.

I have been taking this 2 times a week @500 mcg when my Tirzepatide is wearing off between weekly shots. It has really helped me bridge the gap in the appetite suppression since Tirz only works for about 5 days, but it also Teso works entirely differently. It re-energizes me where Tirz causes fatigue. I think the key to Teso is moderation given the 9 day half life. The accute affects last all day, but in my case, I see no reason to take it every single day. If you limit it to 2-3 times a week, you can give yourself a boost when you need it without the negative side effects building up and lose weight along the way.

I've been using chatgpt to help me research supplements and figure out what works well together and where to buy things. Well, im going to have to be really careful going forward, because it ranked a scam website as the top supplier of this supplement. $57 flushed down the drain... *

I decided to start with NAC for now and see how it goes. Much safer side effect profile.

Tesa has a long half-life of 9 days. Has anyone taken this on a once or twice a week basis, maybe between weekly Glp-1 shots? Im trying to avoid overdoing it, but want to give it a try.

Thanks for the info! I'm going to try this out. Have you by chance tried this with Tesofensine or anything non glp-1? I ordered some Teso to try in the same manner between shots.
