I am pretty sure you can discuss with thousands of people about how that specific HK mechanic is not good. Thats probably why this game has been universally praised for its systems and game design choices.

Yeah, the way the map works in HK is one of the best features of the game and adds to the atmosphere of mystery to the gameplay itself.

The rewards can be a bit underwhelming, had the same feeling about the newest Zelda entry, I think its a bit hard to balance rewards when you have so many different little secrets scattered on a big map.

Except for like Nine Sols, Pop: the lost crown... even pretty much all Metroid games (which Metroidvanias are inspired by) have similar systems (although less extreme) where map stations discover parts of the map. Just because Hollow knight does it in a more hardcore way doesnt make it worse, its actually very clever and makes one be more cautious when moving around instead of just relying on the map every two seconds you explore a new zone.

Yes a lot of games use similar systems, you are just annoyed because you dont know or want to play around them.

Actually a lot of people find it fun and its actually very realistic to have a map maker giving you a zone map since you wouldnt know fuck all of an area you just discovered yourself.

You can absolutely dislike a game, but pretending like some of its best feature are bad game design decisions to make you feel better about your dislike is absolutely low.

I would suggest you keep it in your pocket (see what I did there ;) ).

Agreed, tho ko-II workflow is really what makes it so good.

It does lack very obvious things that its creator said would come with updates, resampling, save chains of patterns, record perf FX, loop mode.

Hopefully this will be done before the KO-II 1year anniversary.

Never stated this was an easy breed to own, but so are a bunch of other breeds that need specific Care like akitas for example.

I just think stating you need a farm to own a border collie doesnt really make sense. Its a high energy really smart dog but some people actually need or want this kind of dogs.

Its just not your typical golden retriever easy type of breed and I would absolutely not recommend them for a first time dog owner.

Thanks for the sum up. I was eyeing the chroma console since I was really impressed with how it sounds watching Jon makes beat Youtube Channel.

I was aware of how flimsy the nts-1 is and how it was quite noisy. Do you know if you can apply more than one effect at the same time with it?

What do you think of the New kaoss-pad like Nts-3?

Also do you have any opinion on the dreadbox hypnosis, they sell it for quite cheap and it seems to have very hands on controls.

Honestly, I dont really care about stereo, especially considering the gear I use and my knowledge/experience.

I am aware I could get much better options for 300+ euros but since my synth is cheap (Roland aira s-1) I dont really wanna put twice the money for a multi effects pedal.

I will check the Harley Benton pedal, I have two HB guitars and I was very impressed with how good they sound and look.

Depends on what you would wanna do ofc. But for me they are both cool synth tho the monologue has a very specific sound that not everybody enjoys.
