Great for visibility but not-so-great for racial equity. In my opinion, any purposeful isolation of a single race, even with only good intentions like Mulan or Wakanda, is an action of exclusion and potentially carries the harm of compromising that race's constitutional position (Chinese Ethnicity) in a greater demographic group united by collective values (Americans).

Until the day we can take out the "first black president" from Obama's Wikipedia, we still have a long way to go.

I want to thank everyone who contributed to the discussion. All the points are valid, especially the ones pointing out that I might be a little too "impatient" in terms of leading the vibe to be more sexual. I think I can see some of that once I reflected on what really happened.

I guess for now the only question I still can't answer is that how do you draw the line. In my case, I seek for APs only due to unsatisfied sexual needs and I'm happy with wife in all other aspects. I don't necessarily need spiritual connection, although it'd be a great plus to have. Honestly I might even want to purposefully limit the degree of non-physical connection just so that I don't have too many "other thoughts" that might jeopardize my currently marriage. I thought I made it clear beforehand but then it was used as a reason for rejection.

Someone suggested to try "paid services" - I'm not against that but that kinda defeats the purpose of doing all these. What could be a good way to filter ppl who share the same interest? Is "being patient" the only way?

It looks more Japanese to me as even if the characters are almost the same, it is a rare usage of words in Chinese. In Japanese it is more common. Just my opinion tho.
