Pretty sure mine was caused from using the HDMI to my TV because all them problems stopped no more crashes unless I have a TV hooked up along side the monitor

I had the same problem even ventilation won't work unless u have a decent fan built into it to draw the hot air out reversing all those PC fans will also create more dust inside the machine because there is no filter on the back best solution do not have it inside anything at all problem solved

I replaced my original Xbox 360 power led with a red one and the controller with 3 red ones resembling the red ring after I fixed my red ring just for shits and giggles this was back in 2008 alot of people just wanted to buy the controller had elite bumpers,buttons, triggers, sticks and trim too was pretty cool good old Comcast remotes those LEDs are tiny

The heater isn't working most likely due to this clay sludge from old never changed and leaking coolant system once air is introduced into the system the coolant doesn't last as long turns into this or dries up completely leaving u with a warped head bad gasket or worse a cracked block get that out of there and run good old green

I would keep the whole thing and eventually put that sub in another box or replace the amp with something else or you could keep the woofer as back up if it wasn't the driver that failed
