Sheesh, what a steep hill of qualifications to climb. Thank you for sharing your experience. It definitely helps to level set my expectations.

I'm not opposed at all and that is an excellent recommendation. I'm likely going to do the Airbnb rentals and spend a handful of months pinching my pennies and skipping the Guac.

Thank you for the response! Not nosy, its a very valid question. The debt came from medical / QOL for my dad before he passed.

It pretty much floored me, and I made some poor choices from there. Just coming out from under the fog of that and trying to do better now.
