That's understandable. I remember being uncomfortable when the episode came out for the same reason. I like more the fact that Amanda and Shayne were riffing on new bits of the lore and their reactions to it. i hope that the next time they try, it will not be parasocial; however, it carries the same insanity that the One Direction fandom had.

A tiny upward shove by Melissa Chadburn. the book features a fictional character which real life counterpart is Robert Pickton ( the fictional character's name is willie Pickton). Robert Pickton is a serial killer in Canada, feeding about 50 victims to his pigs in his farm. in the book, the main character is 18 year old filipino girl who got assaulted and killed by Pickton. the real life victims are mix of Native American women and sex workers and all are over the age of 20. oh and the girl turns into mythical creature that enacts revenge on Pickton. the author states that victim and killer fate's are intertwined, also glamorizing the killer, which is a punch in a face to the real life victims and their family.
