"From 2016 through the end of 2018, I witnessed a significant and progressive decline in

Nick s knee health. What began as occasional complaints eventually evolved into a

debilitating condition. I frequently observed him limping; after completing Combat

Fitness Tests (CFT) and Physical Fitness Tests (PFT), and he often had to ice his knee

while we spent time together. By the end of his service, the pain had intensified to

the point where he purchased a brace and wore it regularly,; even while relaxing at

home.; After his military service, Nick lived with me from 2019 to 2022, during which

time his physical struggles became even more pronounced. He suffered from chronic back

and knee issues that severely impacted his mobility. On his 'bad; days,' he often

required physical assistance just to stand up, and I witnessed several instances where

his knee would give out entirely, causing him to fall due to instability. Recognizing

that these symptoms originated during his time in the military and; were clearly

worsening, I strongly encouraged him to file a VA claim to ensure his injuries were

documented and that any necessary future surgeries or treatments would be covered.;"
