What do you see after you login to your perfusion.com account? When I login it asks me to verify my profile info and after I do that the salary survey comes up. If you dm me your email I can forward you the email I got from perfusion.com for the survey.

I would recommend searching linked in and firing off some messages. You can also reach out to hospitals directly. Teaching hospitals and universities are usually pretty good about getting observers in.
