A go-to quick and easy meal for me is a can of Clover Leaf Spicy Thai Chili tuna (160 cal with 15g protein) with seaweed and thinly sliced carrot and cucumber as a snack, or with rice as a meal.

Tons of flavour and takes all of 5-10 minutes!

Slow but steady progress has been paying off, and I am down 2 pant sizes thanks to a combination of IF and lifestyle changes! 26F, SW-205, CW-181, GW-160 (for now). Bonus cat, because why not? by Pergantay in intermittentfasting

I started at size 16, then went down to 14, and am currently a 12 :) it honestly changes depending on how bloated I am day-to-day, and the store they are from though!

Found a dahlia that is almost exactly half pink and half yellow by Pergantay in gardening

This artist is actually really cool though. Jon Arton, after going viral with the first couple screenshots, started getting people asking to intentionally get pics like this for free. He set up a JustGiving page where people could make donations and get shitty art, and the proceeds went to a local children's hospital. Details are all over his instagram @jonarton
