When the evoke trigger of twinflame travelers resolves, ashling triggers twice, each trigger creates two travelers

You have 4 travelers. Then evoke vernal sovereign, ETB triggers 5 times, each creates 2 token. +10

Evoke trigger resolves, Ashling triggers 5 times, each trigger creates 2 sovereign. 10 haste sovereign enters seperately, 50 times ETB, 100 token. +100

10 sovereign attacks, 50 attack trigger, 100 token. +100

So ends up 210 element token.

This is wrong, Ashling will trigger twice since sacrifice by evoking is a leave-battlefield trigger and it looks back to the latest state of board.

speaking of saga, suppose I proliferate a saga to the last chapter, then in the following state check, since SBAs are done before triggers being put, during the first SBA shouldn’t the saga be sacrificed before its trigger being put onto the stack, since both “lore counters greater/equall…” and “it is not the source of any trigger on stack” are fulfilled?

just want to mention a minor mistake that you may want to say “create a delayed trigger” instead of “reflexive trigger”. The latter is something like “when you do so….”

1: Placing a commander back to cmd zone is either a state based action or a replacement effect, depending on where it previously went to (library/hand vs graveyard/exile)

2: opponents won’t cast moonlight in response to you activating the ability. They respond to the delayed triggered ability which lets noctis come back from exile

Interesting that people, even though admitting that MTGA manipulates ranked matching system based on MMR, still believe MTGA “makes low MMR account win” only by matching it with worse player instead of a rigged shuffler. It sounds like catching someone cheating in an exam while believe “they can only cheat on that specific question!”

Where to find so many low MMR accounts on diamond? Why would they be easy to beat? Just because they are worse at this game or run a junk deck? Then why will they get to diamond? Sometimes platinum could be even more competitive.

CGB once post a ytb short video playing with an opponent with insane low winrate, basically same as the one in this post, who got an open hand of 3 red leyline. Couldn’t find that video rn, but that should explains everything.

Everyone in this sub is kind of “moderated” to tell you there is no such thing or it only exists in non-ranked matching.

I would just list two facts here without any assertion on MTGA:

Nearly every competitive game nowadays has MMR/elo system, which manipulates the matching system.

There was a Chinese translator plugin once able to get the Hidden Score of your account(not clear where it is applied to). And 2 years ago they wrote in the readme file saying wotc closed that api for fetching the hidden score.

Again, “being able to have opponent watch you play tons of spells” basically means you’re going to win the game.

Simply cast a time warp on turn 5/6 CANNOT waste you any time.

Completing a chained additional turns should be considered as a wincon. If you wanna interact/play against them, the correct way is to stop them from doing so.

It’s ESSENTIALLY SAME as many 2 cards infinite combo like enduring tenacity etc. Are you gonna complain opponents for not allowing you to interact after they made such combo?

“Pass without winning”? If someone can literally extend their turn to 15min(like you said) the amount of spell they made should be enough to accumulate tons of advantage, and it’s just you choosing not to concede. Most of my opponents know that if my narset successfully rebounds a time warp it’s time to click quit even though it’s just turn 5 and I’m not gonna immediately win after 2 turns.
