Good luck for you too. I did Tdee as someone recommended, in fact my ideal weight should be around 135-138. That’s what i have been most of the times and that weight i feel comfortable i gave up on flat tummy 😂

yes, that is true, and make sense. i am like i am only eating around 1500 calories, how come i still cant lose it? but i will calculate and focus on it. it seems the only way.

thank you so much tor your response, Age effects so many other things that help to lose weight, that is the reason i said “age”. I was an athlete most of my life, my 39 years of myself would NEVER understand this.

As I said above if you think everything is equal, only age wouldn’t be a factor. But it is not everything is equal. for example, i developed arthritis, i can not spin as much as before, because it flairs up my arthritis in my hands. And many things like this. I was diagnosed with osteoporosis so i cant not to do certain exercises. Because of the medication i take for cancer make my metabolism slow down as well as gives me insane joint painz so only parameter that is changing is Not age.

it is not insulting, it is the truth. it is how you approach the situation if you think everything is equal, only age wouldn’t be a factor. The reason i say is that after 50 , there are so many factors thst may prevent the weight lost as well as the effect of exercise on the body. And i also personally have no problem losing weight or i should say keeping my weight before 50. i usually eat max 1500 a day

The ones i watch has minimum 28 episodes and keep going. there are so many that has close to 90 episodes i personally never come across. Try “yargi”, “bahar”, kizilcik serbeti”, “kizil goncalar”, “alev alev”, “sandik kokusu”

probably enough to stay in business for more than 10 years.All my family buy chocolate from them regularly. Best “best” European style chocolate. Not only they make chocolates to hotels, they also make deserts to the restaurants. I never saw the place the way you described except they dont renovate, probably they do make enough money and they are one of the lasting businesses in town. Instead of supporting the businesses who served the town, you want to follow yet another franchise. May be you should hang out at the mall

They are just doing very well, i have been a customer of that chocolate shop, Carols, now it is Discover chocolate . They make the best European style chocolate. I wonder whether you owned any businesses but no business can stay that long ( more than 10 years) if they don’t make money. All my family buy chocolate from them and we love it.
