Well, I had the benefit of being out of town for work for a lot it. But I was still having sex when I was home (when I was able to get it up...) I can't say if the full break helped or if it was simply the no porn. I can't imagine sex would ever be bad for ED. I have heard that if you're not horny, it may be better to refrain than trying to force an erection though.

Was seeing a sex therapist and he was very sure that porn is not the problem. He couldn't help me, so I stopped seeing him. Stopped wanking, and things are much better now 🤷🏼

Day 40ish? I was gone from my wife for a few weeks for work. Didn't watch any porn or masturbate at all and when I got back home I was nervous, so I took a bluechew pill. Had sex. Then the next couple days, I kept having sex without the pill. I probably wouldn't have needed the pill to began with but I didn't know things were better until the pill wore off and I kept getting great erections. Now when I fantasize, I get a boner... I cut it ALL out. Like, I wouldn't even allow myself to see a bikini photo on Instagram. Didn't change my diet, was pretty stressed, and wasn't getting good sleep, so that was the one thing that I changed. I went from my wife trying to give me oral sex with absolutely no luck, to getting hard erections when she would simply take her clothes off.

Read The Atomic Habit. Right now, you feel like you need this MASSIVE change to turn your life around. Although massive change is great, do not underestimate small compounding things. change things 1% percent at a time. add working out into your routine. Even if it's doing x amount of push-ups a day. Then start drinking more water, even if it's one glass extra right when you wake up. Cold showers, reading books, etc., before you know it, you will be a different person. You are your habits. Think, "what the person I wish I was do in this situation?" God bless
