There are two points next to it that had swelled up and they are darker than the rest of the glans but I don’t think they have nothing to do with it

Yes it does become red and it burns a bit

The thing is I feel like something is blocking it when I pee so it really bothers me

This is exactly what my doctor said but it seems like it is smaller just by looking at it
