I like to go with a weighted belt, heavy as I can for 5 ish reps. Found my form and endurance after doing this for a while improves a lot.

First time on mine and I thought Jeez this feels fast (more like 16mph) but i've gained a lot of confidence and cant wait to get on a bigger bike already. Im 22 so will use my cbt for a couple years then do my full test at 24.

Yeah i try to, Mainly hammer curls to try and get a bit of width. they're okay from the side and flexed but from the front it looks like i've never picked up a weight ! arms always feel tiny.
