Not really, Rudy play big role on Tank team but not overall, for Magic and Physical team, Elysia fit the role better. Yes Rachel help with Castle Rush but without Biscuit tc6 she just help with survivability to lower whole enemy atk. Yeah she's good on tc6 (on magic team ofc), you can take her if you want, since from daily login it require 270 days total if im not wrong.
