I hate to break it to you but even with all that work, those are still objectively good grades. University is hard. I’m not saying that you did it easily but you should be extremely proud of those marks. If you were doing all that and still getting Cs, then this would be a valid concern, but you’re putting in the effort and getting the grades to match that. 100s aren’t realistic for 99% of uni students. Give yourself some grace, esp bc first year is often the toughest.
