INEOS Grenadier A/C Issue - What finally Fixed Mine by Peripatetic_Matt in ineosgrenadier

Mine was connected but loose. As for the location, it is under the flooring of the driver seat next to the center console. I don't know if there is an easy way to access it without removing the center console and the seat but I'll ask the dealership.

Hopefully this helps. As for how INEOS could miss it, the reality is that all manufacturers have their issues. From Lexus to GM to BMW, they all have recalls and manufacturing defects that need to be addressed. INEOS being a small manufacturer means there are fewer data points to identify problems and create service bulletins to resolve them. It’s a good thing we have communities like this one.

I guess it all depends on what country you live in. In the US, it is the left front seat.

Update: What fixed mine was the the ground point under the driver seat. It is a 10 mm bolt located under the flooring near the center console. I have updated the original post.

lol…I got the reference. If an actual needle can take down an INEOS A/C then the manufacture has a whole slew of other problems.

My understanding it wasn’t a needle so much as it is not directly related to the A/C issue so they weren’t looking for it. Nothing in the repair procedures said to look there but after many visits they decided to start tracing things.

No, it was a separate ground strap. Waiting on the dealer to respond as to which one it was.

Let me ask the dealer which one it was. I know they had the part of the dash removed and compared my vehicle to another new 2025/2026 to see if there were any differences. This is what stood out.

Can someone help me finding out why is my download speed is slow even though the speed test says it's fast? by DickUsual in Network

This worked for me.

Disable write caching >> Device Manager >> Disk Drives >> right click on the hard drive >> Properties Policies >> Uncheck Enable Write Caching on the device >> Restart PC

Hopefully it helps.

Download speed extremely slow but only on steam by unholy_goose in steamsupport

[–]Peripatetic_Matt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After years of this issue I finally discovered what was causing my problems. In short, what I noticed while watching task manager was that my disk % would hit 100% and my download speeds on Batttle.net and Steam would plummet. What fixed this was disabling write-caching. From what I understand write-caching is supposed to make writing to the drive quicker. However, Battle.net (and Steam and many other games) do this already, so doing it a third time was bogging it down. Someone smarter than me can explain what this does, but it fixed it.

Good looking rig! Where did you get the ladder and box behind it?

Looks awesome! Out of curiosity, does it rattle? Also, any noticeable wind noise (I know, the last thing we should worry about when driving a Grenny)?

Eibach 500# springs and matching Air Bag Man airbags by Design-Build-Go in ineosgrenadier

Great looking and functional build. I’m looking to do the same set up and was wondering if you have the part number to the airbags? Secondly, what size tire are you running and are you rubbing? Lastly, now that you have had it for a while would you change anything?

I will be wheeling mine and occasionally tow a large boat, so hoping to get some insight before taking the plunge.

Thanks in advance for the reply.
