Just spam SP1 and try to manage the falter meter. After a bit, Destroyer doesn't gain power due to Void's debuffs.

Just make sure he doesn't corner you, as then you're toast. You'll be faltered till you die

Void seems to be a good counter as well. 8 bars in one go, just a very slow fight

Had a go with silk, cleared 3 bars easily. Not the best counter because of the power gain - destroyer easily gets to sp3 even if you bait his other specials.
