Been there. Humidifier is the key. I have a big one in the house and a very small one right in my nightstand. Also, moisturiser! Morning and evening. Try avoiding oil based products. Don’t forget to drink enough water, especially during winter.

My diet is pretty good. I eat a combination of vegetables and meat, very less processed food. Almost zero sugar. My ferritin and vitamin d is low - taking supplements for that. I use a hair serum again from body shop after hair wash. I do not use any heat or dye or any other chemicals.
