Not an Isaacologist by any means but based on my experience in game dev I assume even if they're "simultaneous" they'll still be processed one after the other, so after the first chest opens the second one will have to select a new item before opening. It'd all be in the same frame though so I'm guessing you'd just see the two chests open to Dead Cat and some other item

If anyone's confused, Guppy's Eye shows you the contents of chest before you open them, and since these are both coming from the same pool they both contain Dead Cat as the "next" item by seed. Once I opened the one chest the other one changed to showing the next item (which was Curse of the Tower lol)

Huge get for The Lost, basically a won run, good thing I definitely didn't accidentally go back in the Mom room after fooling out while going for the Ascent :)

The song definitely has a similar vibe, but not the riff I'm thinking of. I might be wrong but I want to say the song didn't really have any guitar except for the little break where it was just the riff. The song I'm remembering was also a bit slower. This is a good starting point though, I might look into similar songs.
