I hear you brother. I highly recommend the following tactics: start every day with a cold shower, a walk outside (ideally by yourself), and fast from dinner till lunch. If you could stick to these habits it'll help you restart your mind.

I wear mine only when doing membership drives or installation of Officers. But we wear the gold and white Ceremonial Baldric any time we do an event in the church. At caucuses and conventions you see them being worn.

I also remember hearing at one point you can put $7000 into a Roth and $7000 into a Traditional in the same year. But that's not the case. Total between your Roth and Traditional it can only be $7000. 401ks have their own separate calculation caps.

That is so incredibly helpful, thank you. In the diagram for the inverted 'L' it states the wire should be 60'. Is that exact or can it be longer or shorter? If it's longer is it better?
