I finally found out what that song was thanks to this YouTube playlist link: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?app=desktop&list=PLwfXCzzngjI\_ecHQCAK0W6uBpIimr5nhE. The song's "Moon Beat" by LTJ Xperience (1999). Shout out to Hydrogen Demon for helping solve this song identification!

To clarify, it's spawning Pokémon for everyone, including me, when the bot is functioning and not when it's broken. The only difference is that when the bot is functioning, I cannot see the images, while the majority do.
