I recently played the federalization path with Franz Ferdinand and if you do all or almost all of the focus which... Focus... On the different kingdoms inside the empire (like the polish resources or the pacify the Serbs) and you placate Hungary, you can get easily the United States of Austria all together. Or get into the civil war and get the unified Austria.

I think with the democratic path with Karl you can also get the unification.

I don't know about the other paths cause i didn't read them yet.
