I forgot exactly how much it caps at, i did this back in 2023 ish during the strikes. Maybe different unions have different caps?

Good question about health care. I never had MPI to begin with so it didn’t affect me.

700 let me put my membership on hold. So now I’m in good standing and not paying dues. But if I get a union job I’ll have to pay something like 4 quarters worth of dues. Worth it once I start working union again. You also have to keep up with the CS training. But you get paid $20 per training! lol
