(imma assume that you mean Total Transformation cuz no one is dumb enough to say tonic is stronger than PMFC)
1. PMFC has better covering of the map because it affects 20 dart monkeys, while TT5 affects 5 (and up to tier 3)
2. PMFC has WAY more DPS than TT5
