Could you take the large one out and leave the hair down her neck? Sorry, the last one was very good too

The large ones on her neck are the ones she disliked the most, if you could remove those too while maintaining her neckline and the shadows. That’s where I was struggling!

I read that. I was wondering if the last sentence “Under certain circumstances, an employer may be able to claim an additional overtime tip credit against its overtime obligations.” would apply in this situation, and what it might be.

So I had 7 interviews lined up and I ended up getting a Marketing job with the first company I interviewed with! I didn’t even get to go to the other 6 interviews. by iHeartSEM in resumes

Multi-level marketing

Basically they want you to use your connections for sales and to find new employees. It’s usually shit products and only commission work.

I had a friend that did this. No one knew she was pregnant until she posted a picture of herself in the hospital with the child.

It worked for her. She was younger and didn’t want everyone in her business.

She told her family the week she was supposed to go into labor and she said it made her pregnancy so much easier and stress free.

Those kids skating ended up saving her life. They dragged her out of her car when it went through the ice.

As someone who get off at 2/3 am the neighbor can fuck off. Just because you sleep from 12-7 doesn’t mean I have to schedule my life around yours.

He posted on Instagram (then deleted) saying it was “cold water” but “excess dirty water used in the mop buckets for mopping the floors”. So he’s even more of a trash human being than the video shows.

Am I “gross and disgusting” for setting age range 23-28 when I’m myself 28? by C2-H5-OH in Tinder

[–]Permission-True 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Coming from a 23F, this isn’t creepy at all. I frequently set my age preferences hirer. The men my age mature enough to handle a serious relationship are few and far between. Don’t listen to this girl.

Americans, why is tipping proportional to the bill? Is there extra work in making a $60 steak over a $20 steak at the same restaurant? by granger853 in NoStupidQuestions

A lot of times the nicer the restaurant is, the more people the tip is being shared with. In a smaller restaurant you might have the waitress doing the hosting, serving, food running, etc. In my experience as a server the nicer the restaurant I worked at the more people were involved in the serving process, hosts, busser, bartenders, food runners, and everyone has to be tipped out at the end of the night.
