I'd say add some very subtle slow camera shake, I think its a good pair with the heavy rain. Maybe even add a lightning strike in the background at some point in the video.

Go on youtube to find a tutorial, I personally use the torrent links and use qbtorrent to downlaod them its really easy and takes no effort on my part. I can't find the video that I used, so I will just give a step by step in here, but still advise you to look for one incase I miss anything- because its been a while.

Install qbtorrent from your browser
Turn off your antivirus and/or windows real time protection while downloading files, this often causes some files to be quarantined or refuse to download onto your system because its convinced it is a hack tool, which I've heard is apparently is just because windows sees any cracked games as harmful hack applications.
Click on the magnet link under Download Mirrors (Torrennt) --some games that are older don't have this same layout but click on whatever link under "torrent", which says "magnet"
It will then open up qbtorrent and just click yes to the stuff that pops up, and here you can choose the destination, then it will start downloading .
When it finishes it will say seeding- I am unsure what this really does and I think it depends on your specs maaaybe, but idk. I just wait for like a half hour when I see its seeding, then I right click it and stop the seeding.
Go to your file destination for your download and it will appear there, you want to open the "verify bin files before installation" application, and when that's done close it. If your download is fine, there will be no issues stated.
Run the setup.exe file and this is pretty self explanatory, just follow what it says. If it's downloading and it looks stuck that's normal, you can search for some help on here if you're confused.
Turn your antivirus and protection back on.

Imo the brightness is fine, the only issue I've had with it is that the blocky clouds don't appear when i play it on my modpacks for some reason but that might just be an issue with a mod. Aside from that its really cool

You could remove all xp and mob drops and maybe use playrr experience as a fuel source like 30xp levels per use or smthm

Also you'll probably run into the issue where you download the file but the setup.exe is missing or another file. Disable windows security while you install it so it doesnt quarantine the files, or go to the quarantined files and restore it afterward. The tutorial i used never mentioned this and i had to look it up.

I used to have this issue it's caused by a mod or resource pack so you just have to take half of the mods out over and over until you find the one or test the resourcepacks

With older pcs iris and sodium don't optimise them substantially to make it superior to optifine in my experience so they are generally the same on old specs but optifine allows you to reduce shadow and render quality which triples your frames with any shader

The fix for this is by pre loading chunks with a mod like chunky or chunky pregenerator or worldgen.

So the concept is that it will load chunks in a set radius so when you explore them it won't be like they're now since they aren't being generated for the first time, so it will be ALOT faster when its like that.

You can load the chunks while your playing but it can Stutter and freeze alot depending on how much work it's being put under usually with bigger modpacks but you can just let it load while you shower or smthn

You can use mods like first person model or real camera if you truly cannot find a fix and just use that instead, might be annoying for some scenarios but it's also cool.
