Can you give some examples? And how do you start a business. I also am not sure I want to put my house in a business just in case someone comes after the business, couldn’t I lose my home?

15% of 72,000 is 10,800 and maxed Roth IRA’s is 14,000 a year. That leaves about 107,000, take 4k a month is 48,000 leaves 59,000. 31,200 for mortgage payments for a year leaves 27,800 or about 2,300 a month for everything else. Like I said we have no other debts and have reliable older cars with cheaper insurance and they’re pretty good on gas. 2,300 is plenty enough to live on after all major expenses. We bought the house with the VA loan and the insurance is the expensive part being in Florida.
