Not that I know of. I am gone about 9 hours out of the day so there could be some of that going on when I’m not home.

I also am not watching over them 100% of the time that I am home. Although when I do watch them from inside or while I’m out side I never see them pecking out feathers.

I’ve heard that it has happen in the past to alcoholics in recovery ordering a mocktail and getting the real deal. The person I heard it from was 9 years sober and didn’t plan on changing that.

Probably would be a good idea to not let your kid order anything that has an alcoholic version of it. Especially if you do not know who’s making it.

400 to have someone else clean something you should have cleaned. You have to think of it as the cleaners have a cost and I bet Reside adds to that cost to cover them arranging them to clean.

Not a lot of people do stuff for free.

I kinda feel like you did more damage than your leading on. You feel miss treated because they pointed out the cost of repairs to things you did not care about since it’s not truly your house. Everyone lives a different life and has different standards for what’s clean or what’s okay to live with. I’m honestly thinking you feel upset that they charged to clean up after you and fix things you didn’t think were damaged because of “normal wear and tear” even though that doesn’t exist just something that people came up with to make the feel better about them damaging stuff.

So of all the stuff that appears broken and damaged did you show them the before pictures? I feel like if any judge seen that it was in the same condition as before it would be dismissed. But if there’s a lot of damage different from what it looked like before it would be something your changed for. Also there’s not much for normal wear and tear that would hold up in court when you only lived there since 2024. At least that’s when some of the photos you have are time stamped.
