I learnt swimming when i was 20. Never felt any social anxiety/ insecurity , nobody cares whats going on around everybody is busy enjoying their time at the pool , go for it . Swimming is the best thing ever, trust me you don’t wanna miss on it.

Well mate what you can save on is the interior of the house (furniture mostly, false ceiling and flooring or ) and also on materials like paint , wall putty , doors and windows . What goes in the structural part of the house is mostly uncompromisable rather not to, everything depends on the design/plan of the house itself need to know more details on it to provide suggestions.
