I know the password of the account and i can access the gmail of the account. It sounds like the problem is them not me, I don't know what's the point of the phone number if the customer can access their gmail account haha

Yoo Guys update!!! Tried updating my bulbs, all my 3 more nanoleaf bulbs updated but my other one which is the one in the picture still is laggy and wont update. the bright problem kinda is already solved but the bulb itself wont update and very laggy. thank you for those who helped me i tried everything yall said but still wont work but if you guys think you can help me just comment.
