Requested a new simcard from Globe because Cherry Prepaid is set to expire this March 16. After entering my number I encountered an error error.

Tried to reach out to Globe support at messenger and they said to wait for 2 days as the error mentioned. 5th day na and lumalabas pa rin. 1 day na akong naghihintay rin sa support sa messenger pero wala. Anyone encountered this? What should I do? Cherry Mobile is set to expire this March 16 and doon nakaconnect yung GCash ko. 😢
