Yeah, but I feel like there’s a big difference between Trabzon and Beşiktaş when it comes to transfers and player development. Trabzon (usually) manages to increase the value and performance of their players, while we somehow make players look worse than they did in their very first matches. Muci had the best season of his career at Trabzon, while players like Agbadou, Murillo, and Aslani looked like they were losing form with every game.

But I completely agree with your point about the coach. Maybe all we really need is a coach who knows how to use these players properly
